Had the pleasure to work with Shana selling the home our parents owned for nearly 50 years. Shana knows the market and how to price a house to find the intended buyer pool. We had multiple offers over asking price the first weekend on the market. Shana does her homework and adds a personal touch that takes the stress out of selling or buying a home.
