Had the pleasure to work with Shana selling the home our parents owned for nearly 50 years. Shana knows the market and how to price a house to find the intended buyer pool. We had multiple offers over asking price the first weekend on the market. Shana does her homework and adds a personal touch that takes the stress out of selling or buying a home. As a first time homebuyer, I was quite nervous about the whole process. I tend to over-worry and fixate on the smallest details. That's why I was super glad to have Shana in my corner. She was super knowledgable, had connections for everything from inspections to mold remediation. She had an answer for everything and I felt like I was in good hands working with her. 11/10
